Welcome to Golden Nutrition Practice!
My journey into nutrition started in 2015 following a celiac disease diagnosis. Very quickly I had to change my diet and so began my path to becoming a registered dietitian. After working in the clinical setting for 2 years, I joined UCLA’s Division of Digestive Diseases where I specialized in digestive disorders such as celiac disease, IBS, inflammatory bowel disease, GERD, and management of general GI symptoms. After welcoming our daughter in October, I decided to focus on my private practice.
I believe in sustainable eating behaviors rather than temporary solutions; balance and moderation rather than rigidity and rules; and meeting people where they are rather than pushing them to make changes they’re not ready to make. When you work with me, I offer education, support, and accountability to empower you to make food choices that allow you to feel your best physically, mentally, and emotionally. I practice with empathy and compassion, and create a non-judgmental space for all individuals I counsel. Interested in working with me? Email me below to learn more!
